I always enjoy going to Sabatino's.  Their Bookmaker's salad is great (it's got all kinds of good stuff, shrimp, salami, eggs, cheese, and vegetables, of course), but ask for the dressing on the side because they tend to drown the salad.

Sabatino's is pretty good, but is always crowded and hectic and smoky. The place across the street (can never remember the name) is pretty good and you can sit outside in summer.  If you come out of Sabatino's and head across the street as if going back to the Harbor, it's that place.
