Well, lessee...how about:

NOLA -- Not new, but relatively so when you think about how old some of the restaurants in the Quarter are. It's Emeril Lagasse's place in the Quarter, located over on St. Louis St.

Graham's -- Kevin Graham used to be executive chef at the Grill Room at the Windsor Court Hotel. His place is on Magazine, in the Pelham Hotel.

Jacque-imo's -- This is Chef Austin Leslie's new place. Chef Austin is best known as the genius in Chez Helene's kitchen.

Of course, Antoine's and Commander's aren't over 150 and 100 years old, respectively, because they serve bad food. Something to keep in mind.

Cheers,
Ed.
