My wife and I went to Midnight Start a couple of weeks ago. We had the soft shell crab w/crab meat appetizer, and the lamb last. This place was outstanding. Like you saaid the staff was young, and so was the jazz band playing that night. We were there late, and they broke onto an acoustic version of Jimi Hendrix's "Hey Joe" - very nice touch, and several red glasses of white wine and a sttonach full of crab meat ;-> Richard Windmann
