I was in New Orleans a year ago. I did not try anywhere near as many restaurants as I would have liked. Of those I did get to, my favorites are Cafe Sbisa (very traditional Creole establishment) and NOLA (very modern Creole). Both are excellent dining experiences. Chris Prael
