Chef Kevin Graham does indeed have a restaurant named Grahams, in the Pelham Hotel at 200 Magazine Street in the CBD. It's pretty good. I've seen one negative comment on the place, but otherwise everything (both locally and on the 'net) has been positive. His signature dish is Chinese Lacquered Duck with Coffee Mandarin Glaze. The one complaint I've heard was that the writer found Graham's food too sweet. That's been the exception rather than the rule, however.

Cheers,
Ed.
