My current favorites are Bayonna (French Quarter) and Brigtsen's. The food at each isboth delicious and inventive. The layering of flavors in the dishes at Brigtsen's is remarkable, and the combinations of ingredients at Bayonna are delightful. I've heard very good things about Emeril's, but haven't tried it.
