Copelands. I tried one of them once in New Orleans during a bout of weakness. Typical chain, watered down for the masses pseudo Cajun & Creole. If you like the Olive Garden, you'll love Copeland's.
Aside. I have yet to find Cajun food anywhere that can compete with the real thing in N.O. (The only exception is Heaven on 7 in Chicago.)New Orleans, LA
