Out Your Backdoor publishes some of the best alt.culture stories online...and in print. We celebrate true downhome cookin and original layouts and decor. Lots of characters doin' it their own way, takin the high road even though it might look a little nappy. I think I'll start a nationwide restaurant raing system called the One Star----At the sign of the One Star you'll find Good Cookin Made From Scratch in a Nice Place Cheap.
