I want to play this game, too. :-)

My list, limited to "my favorites", and not influenced by anyone
	else's opinions:

	No particular order:

	1. Taillevent-Paris
	2. Auberge d L'Ill-Illerhausen(Far better than 8 of Patricia Well's 10)
	3. Hotel Crillon-Paris
	4. Gilles-Rouen
	5. Le Cirque-NYC (Still better than Daniel or Bouley, IMO)
	6. Il Mulino-NYC (Heaven here on earth)
	7. Marks Place-Miami
	8. Le Bec Fin-Philadelphia
	9. Topolambampo-Chicago
	10. Barolo-Toronto (had to throw in an underdog. Excellent restaurant.)
