It'll take you about 35-40 min from Nashville, but go to Excell grocery on Highway 12 in Clarksville. You can get there quickly on I-24 from Nashville. It's the best pulled pork sandwich you can get. The "w" place you refer to is "Whitt's", which is not bad. Excell Bar-B-Q is at 3102 Ashland City Rd (Highway 12) Clarksville, TN 37043. It's a grocery store with a wood fired pit out back. I've lived in middle tennessee most of my life, and it is currently my favorite, and as good as I've ever eaten.
