I found the following info on the $100 Hamburger site. I called the number and got a recording saying they are closed for renovation and expect to re-open in mid-July.

They have a fly-in grass strip, 2400'. It lies 44 miles from Wichita (ICT) on the 086 radial. The field elevation is 1617'. Unicom is 122.9. After landing taxi down a road, cross main street and park by the ol' train water tower. It's pretty neat! The "Summit House Country Inn & Restaurant" was established in 1879. If you like, phone ahead for more information. The Summit House number is 316-843-2422. I believe the hours of operation are: Tue-Sat 10a-8p Sun 10a-5p Closed Mon.
