And finally, I've found the closest thing to real Szechuan at a ChinaTown restaurant called Mandarin Chef. 2172 S. Archer Ave. 312 326-5040. You have to ask for the Chef's menu (in chinese) and have them translate for you. The Ma Paul Tofu (with Pork) and the dry chicken with hot peppers is excellent! doug
