I spent the weekend in Elgin (or so), and visited a place in Hoffman Estates called Daruma last night (1823 Golf Rd., at Walnut Rd. in the Poplar Creek shopping center), and had a very good dinner. Fresh fish, fast service, very good presentation & fair prices... and about the biggest spider roll I've ever seen (about the size of a futomaki!).
