If you're willing to travel out to Lake Forest, Deerpath Inn has a very nice seafood oriented Sunday brunch, priced somewhere in the $30s, as I recall - we go there on Mothers' Day every year. I think it includes Champaign of some sort.

But the salmon and other seafood items are terrific - along with the usual meats / eggs / panckakes / etc.

And the atmosphere is also a plus: bright sunny room, just off of downtown Lake Forest - a good town for walking after the brunch.
