Some places I like:
Bangkok in Geneva (on 38 just West of 31), Thai.
Tia Maria in Geneva (on 38, East of 25 about 1/2 mile or so),
            Mexican
India Palace in Aurora (on Indian Trail, East of 25 by Franks)
            guess what cuisine type...

Always looking for more interesting eats out here ...

For a creative menu and good service (esp.breakfast), try the Lemont Street Cafe, 75th Street and Lemont Road in Downers Grove.

The Bistro Banlieue (sp?) in the Yorktown Convenience Center is extremely good.

For downhome Bohemian food, there's the Golden Duck, Ogden Avenue west of Fairview in DG. For finer Bohemian food, go to the Little Europe on Ogden Avenue in Brookfield.

For pasta, Clara's, Rte.53 north of Hobson Rd., is about the best.

 <Or Emilios in Naperville
or Hillside. Or the place whose name I can't think of on 22nd and Wolf (more Tapas).>

That would be La Perla. It's a Spanish restaurant, with a limited tapas selection. Their seafood and paella, however, are wonderful. Live entertainment, and a great selection of sherries. It's owned by the same Emilio of Tapas fame.

<Morton, in the Drake Oakbrook. Really expensive, huge portion steak.>

Morton's isn't at the Drake Oakbrook. It's approximately 1 mile east of the Tri-State exit at 22nd in an large Westchester office complex.

Happy eating!
