It's at the corner of Boughton and Rt. 53, in Bolingbrook. It's located in a strip mall at the NW corner.
I've eaten there only once, and found the service to be abominable (very slow, inattentive, and some of the food was delivered late (and was cold)).
The food itself was unremarkable, when compared to some home-cooked Filipino food that I've had. I haven't been back since, and have no plans to be, but would be interested to hear others' experiences - perhaps I was there on an off night. Personally, and until I hear otherwise, based on my one experience (whch was really, really bad), I'd stay away.
