Best, Mohamed There's a Peruvian restaurant on Clarke, just north of Belmont, but I've forgotten the name. It also bills itself as a Tapas place. The cerviche is Tasty!
Chicago, IL
Peruvian food
Peruvian rest on Clarke just north of Belmont is Gypsy's Cove. Food is pretty good although I like Spanish tapas better.

Here is the latest info I have. On Sunday, I went to a Peruvian place called El Colonial. It is located on the north side of Wilson just west of Ravenswood. It is small and cozy, reasonably priced, and very good. It also has some Mexican dishes on the menu. The owners are Mexican, but the cook has worked for years in a Peruvian restaurant.
Another place that was recommended to me but that I haven't tried is called Pueblito Viejo on Lincoln across the street from Dynasty. It is Colombian but the cook is supposed to be Peruvian.
Again, I do recommend Gypsy Cove, but not Rinconcito. And La Llama is gone.
