  Sure we do !

You are talking about Salt n' Pepper Crab, where the pepper is
actually chili, not black peppers right ?

If you go around ARGYLE ST., or the northside version of
Chinatown, there is a restauraunt on the east side of the
street, next to a strip mall. It's called 'Palace' or
'Imperial Something-or-other' and they DO have this type
  of crab.

I like the taste but hate the work involved with the shelling
of crab, so they will even make Salt n' Pepper Shrimp. Be sure
to eat the shells as this is where all the flavour is,
especially their crunchy little heads ("Aaaah .. NO!!!! AIEEE!!!")

Furama ("Food-Rama") up teh street also serves up Salt N' Peppa Crab
as well as shrimp. Maybe they'll even do Lobster for you.

So what goes into the secret recipe ?

  The owner's NOT telling NOBODY!
