Amitabul (~ah-mee-ta-bool) has several different kinds of Korean style pancakes, could be six, I dunno. The food is generally awesome. Opened by Dave Choi of Jim's Grill fame, Amitabul serves a Buddhist vegetarian menu, which while based on Korean cuisines, delightfully transcends that category. Sometimes the service is less than stellar. Amitabul 3418 N.
