Blind Faith on Dempster in Evanston is pretty good, and there are plenty of Indian restaurants along Devon in Chicago that have a number of veggie selections. There's one Indian place (I believe the word "Royal" is in the name, and it's on a corner - maybe someone else knows the exact name and location) that I've particularly enjoyed. I'm not vegetarian myself so I can't speak to the relative quality as compared to other places, but it seems that my vegetarian friends haven't been disappointed. Good luck! Tom
