Any word on this place, now open in Navy Pier

Has Old Plantation bitten the dust?

Any one been to Que's Rib's on Sheridan and Broadway?

Rob

Old Plantation has indeed closed. A new BBQ vendor has taken the same location, Rustys, which is nice, but not a Merles!

Heard that the place recently opened in Navy Pier is OK.

No info on Que's.

The BBQ is good, especially the pork and beef sandwiches. Drinks are excellent. Music is booked by Joe Segal, from Jazz Showcase. Mara

Sultan's Palace on Western at Devon. Great authentic Pakistani/Indian buffet for $8.99, which includes nan and dessert. The owner held our hand and tried to warn us about the more spicy items, until we explained that we'd been there before. I don't think they get many Americans. He was clearly amused by us.
