In a word.... uneven...

Some people rave others are put of by the service and uneven food. Haven't heard anything recently so it may be as the location matures it is getting better.

If you're going up to Lake Forest, try Bank Street Bistro, in an upstairs corner of the Southgate restaurant building.

Best Coq au Vin I've had.

Haven't been to Lovell's yet, tho.
