I don't think they have it every day, though...you'd probably want to check. -Great- <artificial> crab rangoon. Or at least as great as fake crab can be <grin>. And although I've never seen them on the buffet, their veggie dumplings are well worth ordering off the menu! aileen

Good Oriental Buffet?
Someone wrote: >Have been to several and found most from moderate to awful. >Open to suggestions. Thanks Monday thru Friday you can eat a nice buffet at Mekong, on the corner of Broadway and Argyle. $4.95, all you can eat, 12 items. Hours: noonish until about 2pm. Like most of the Argyle spots, nothing fancy, but the food is good. Paul
Siam Square on Davis in Evanston - Great variety & well-prepared Thai buffet - Every day for lunch, more choices on weekends - aileen wrote: > Someone wrote: > >Have been to several and found most from moderate to awful. > >Open to suggestions. I'll have to try that- The "World Buffet" (Golf and Milwaukee, diagonally across from Golf Mill) is at best "moderate", probably the worst Korean BBQ buffet I've been to. >Someone wrote: >... >>Have been to several and found most from moderate to awful. >>Open to suggestions. My opinion: EXCELLENT: Sunday Brunch at P.S. Bangkok (Thai) at 3345 N. Clark in Chgo $12.95? GOOD: Sunday Brunch at Thai Little Home Cafe at 4747 N. Kedzie " " $7.95? LOTS OF FOOD: Ginger(Chinese), Every night on Clark Street n. of Fullerton$7.95? and $5.95 or something like that at lunch The brunch at P.S. Bangkok is a treat. I recommend it...they put small portions of the hot food out and are very quick to replenish it. There are several "stations" with hot food, cold food, salads, appetizers, soups, and a dessert table. (I'm not fond of the sweets, but you won't want any...trust me.)
