Don't forget Chili's Grill & Bar. Their wings are some of the better ones in the Chicago area. The ones at the Chili's on 59 are excellent and since I go there at least once a week, I know from where I speak I always sit at the bar and since I know the bartenders and managers pretty well, they make them exactly the way I want them. If you go there, ask for Goose and tell him you want the type of wings that he makes for Roy.
