Damn good lunch specials for 3.95 includes soup of the day and tea. Picked from two main items and all came in large bowl with a ton of rice. I had Mao Pao tofu, and salted crispy meat. Also tried seaweed and garlic as an appetizer. The most interesting part of lunch was watching native Yunnan province folk ordering and eating their lunch. They ordered only Yunnan specialties. It seems Spring World is the only restaurant in Chinatown to have Yunnan food. I need to go back and try only Yunnan and report back. Anyone familiar with Yunnan dishes?

It's all red brick and has about 50 stores in the mall. It's North of 22nd street. There is a large open public area with a pagoda. It's also across the street to the East of the new Walgreens. If Wells St. went that far West it seems as if it would cut right thru. There is a ton of restaurants in the mall, and at least one grocery store.
