I revisted a Chinese restaurant I used to go thirty-years ago! I am speaking of Hi Howe on Cicero Ave just north of Peterson. It is as good as ever and maybe even better! Service is great, parking is good and prices are very reeasonable. Their lunch and supper buffets are GREAT! No alcohol. Ask for Allen Chan................
