The Chinese restaurant at the North end of Old Town does a nice lunchtime buffet spread. Linen on the tables, nice glassware...good enough to take a customer to, and they have beer and wine. Nice surroundings too.

Last time I was there it was 8.95. Worth it in Old Town. I'd go again.
