I'll be in Chicago visiting friends in a few weeks and would like to take them

out to dinner. They live off Halstead near Lincoln Park. Moderately-priced suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance,
Maura

Try Albert's at 52 w. Elm. Small patisserie just off of N. Dearborn. Good food ad great deserts. Richard B. Moreland NCR Systemedia Research and Development

Try Via Emilia. It's located at 2119 N. Clark Street (near Dickens). Its small, cozy, moderately priced. The cuisine is Northern Italian with an emphasis in homemade pastas. The service is friendly and the wine list is very good and inexpensively priced
