I've been to Cafe Spiaggia once for lunch in the early afternoon, so the place wasn't crowded and I had a table next to a window overlooking Michigan Avenue. It was wonderful--the food was excellent, the waiter was very nice, and the view was just beautiful. Lunch ran about 15 to 20 dollars for an entree, though, so it's not a frugal choice.
