I've been to the Lalos on Clyborn, the one in Bolingbrook, and the one in North Riverside. All make some great food--their vegetables they put out with the salsa are awesome. I can't stomach tequilla, but everyone I go with says their margaritas are great too.

I've been to Lalo's quite a few times and I've never left with anything to tell anybody about. Anything that related to the restaurant anyway. I don't know /what/ they're thinking is WRT the Jordan space. It's gonna be 30,000 feet of Machinegarita's and crappy-chorizo fun-cheese.

When I think of a restaurant the first thing that should come to mind is the food- not the business plan. I'm sure the owners first thoughts were quite the reverse.
