We're looking to try new places for Sunday Brunch in the Western 'Burbs. Any suggestions?

We've been to...

Erik & Me, St. Charles - Limited selection, but good food The Old Church Inn, St. Charles - Excellent, but pricey (around $20 if I remember correctly)

Not really brunch, Lin's Garden, St. Charles has a nice Sunday chinese buffet.

Thank!

We've always been fond of the brunch (the fancy one upstairs, not the one downstairs) in the Hollywood Casino in Aurora. It's not cheap but the food has always been very good and an excellent selection. I think that this is the room that is normally the Fairbanks steak house (but I've never tried that). Also, it is sometimes interesting when they try and figure out what to charge you. Apparently, there are a wide variety of different "points" that you can earn while gambling that impact on what you pay. We don't belong to any of their programs and that has caused them some confusion at times.

Inglenook Pantry in Geneva has a very nice Sunday Brunch ($10.95 for adults). It is a family owned restaurant with a friendly atmosphere. Their eggs benedict and roast sirloin are excellent. Making reservations is a good idea, but not required.

Enjoy,
Lyn
