Bright neon in the window, big TV screen, generally pretty busy. I can't remember the name, but if you choose one that's not empty, you should do okay. I do, however, remember the name of my favorite Chinese noodle joint on Argyle--it's Hon Kee, on the north side of the street, east of the tracks.
