As long as we're extending our horizons, there was a place in Chicago called the Acorn on Oak (naturally on Oak Street) that had the best burgers I've ever eaten. Condiments were all chopped and mixed into the meat. You ordered which condiments you wanted. Kind of like a meat loaf, but very tasty and served on a hard roll. I believe there were two sizes, 6 oz. and 12 oz. I haven't been to Chicago in 10 years or so and have no idea if the place is still there. sec
