For excellent BBQ Beef Ribs - 7 very meaty ribs, as I recall - try Timbers in Northbrook - Skokie Highway just south of Clavey.

Brother Jimmy'd BBQ on Sheffield has three types of awesome ribs. Try their Dry Rub Rib. Sunday its all the ribs you can eat and all the beer you can drink for 17.95. Their pulled pork, real N.C. BBq is also excellent. Try it with some slaw. Their at Sheffield and George, 2909 North.
