You will find them in the guide book also see home page on http://webhk.com/jimmys_kitchen/jimmys_kitchen.html. I'm not exactly unbiased as I work there but wth. Hong Kong is full of really great places to eat - there are hundreds of them. Tell me what kind of food you like and I'll send you some specifics. Hong Kong
Hong Kong restaurants?
One also has to try the "Floating Resturants" in the bay!! (West of the city, I think, I wasn't driving) If nothing else but the experience!! I mean, if James Bond can do it... You should too!! One thing I do remember, from when I was over there last year at this time, driving around the city, and seeing signs for "Real Chinese"!! (At least I thought it was fun!!) If you can, also try an hunt down a place that does Mongolian Fire Pot cooking!! I did this is Beijing, and it was awesome!! If you do get to Beijing, on the same street as the Royal Palace Hotel, at night, the vendors set up little booths on both sides of the street, and you just walk along and try a little of this and a little of that!! Again, a wonderful experience!! We also found that some of the back street resturants (Shanghai - Seafood) had the best meals at the cheapest prices!! The many problem is reading the menus!! We had 8 people in our group, had a SEAFOOD FEAST for ONLY $80 US!!!! (including drinks!!) Have fun!! PsyBeast

Good atmosphere, world-class service, outstanding food. Hong Kong is quite an adventure. I'm sure they'll love it. -RP From THP11H.TAFENSW.EDU.AU@HPARN1 Mon Oct 23 12:23:52 EDT 1995 Article: 20202 of rec.food.restaurants
May be it's too late to respond because you might already be in Hong Kong now. However, if you haven't started your trip, you can try the roast goose at Shun Cheng and taste the draught there. There are quite a number of restaurants there. The place may not be too comfortable but the food is good. kl From spohara@inetg1 Wed Dec 13 09:51:29 EST 1995 Article: 21400 of rec.food.restaurants
