The pizza at Rocky's really is quite wonderful (come to think of it, it reminds me somewhat of the pizza at the Cafe at Chez Panisse) with a thin, crisp crust and delicious toppings. I had the gorgonzolla, chicken and herb number (I forget what it was called). They take all credit cards.
The King and I has excellent Thai food, as good as I've had in California. They don't take AmExp. If you like hot, this is a great place.
Each of these places should be within your budget.
