There are few people whose advice on what and where to eat come close to be being as reliable as Patricia Wells. I can't imagine heading for Paris and not having read her reviews. Fortunately they're available at the URL listed above. Her reviews cover haute cuisine, bistrots, brasseries and a few restaurants outside of Paris, not to mention a few outside of France. Recently she was in Hong Kong and Asia.
