If you want some really good bbq in Tampa - check out some of the little cuban cafes and diners in and around Ybor City ( Tampa's historic district ) you won't see "barbecue" listed on the menu, but you will see Cuban Mojo Pork Roast - GET IT!!!!!! ( they pronounce it MoHo not MoJo ) they marinade the pork roast in a special citrus marinade then slow cook it for about 3 hours and serve it over yellow rice.
