Folks, don't believe the R.C. hype. I've been there and I know R.C.'s over-rated. Fortunately I can enjoy better steaks cooked in a most unique restaurant near Tallahassee, Florida in a place called Nicholson's Farmhouse. A historic landmark with historic atmosphere, this place has better steaks for a lot less than R.C.'s. In fact, R.C. steak people could and should take lessons from the people at Nicholson's. That's my opinion and I'm sticking to it. Carl
