Swang - In Panama City, I like Scooner's (on the beach) more of a locals crowd than LaVela or Spinnakers... Zig play's a place called Key West (little hole in the wall, but has good bands, in fact he his there May 12&13)..To eat try Montego Bay or Shells.. or before you cross the bridge go to the mongolian barbque at this big chinese place whose name eludes me at the moment.. Its next door to the Days Inn...

The Sea Hawk (if it's still there): Char-grilled grouper. Mmmmmmm.

(go over the big bridge towarts the beach, take a left on Thomas Drive, and it's right there on the right, maybe half a mile).

For restaurants in Destin, try The Crab Trap, and also A.J.'s Oyster Bar. Both very good.

In Destin, I enjoyed Haryy T's. In Ft. Walton (a few miles from Destin) I went to a restraunt that was great but I can not remember the name. I do remember it billed itself as the oldest seafood restraunt in FL so I am sure one of the locals could give you the name.

I liked Capt. Anderson's on the Grand Lagoon when we visited PCB a while back.
