I would like to share an “Orlando food find”. During our holidays in
Orlando we had dinner at:
Cara Mara Ristorante

The restaurant was at the SR434 exit off of I4, just north or Orlando.
I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo with Shrimp, my husband ordered the Baked Ziti, our son ordered Veal Parmigiana and our friend ordered the Fettuccine Carbonara. It was ALL excellent!
This is a family owned restaurant, the owners name is Bruno. The service was exceptional, the decor and ambiance were very delightful. If you happen to be in the North Orlando area and love Italian food, as I do, do yourself a favor and stop in. I just wish we had an Italian restaurant like this in my part of Georgia.
BTW, I have absolutely nothing to do with this restaurant only that I hope to some day be able to return.Orlando, FL
