Destin??

The Marina Cafe in Destin is a very good, upscale resturant.  It is in the "upper" price range, but worhtwhile.  For more "local" color, I recommend Harry T's Boathouse, A.J.'s and Harbour Docks, all excellent and all there in Destin.
 Then there's Chops, a transplant from some urban center, but its good if not overpriced.

Hope this meets with the NG's protacol as this is my first visit here.

Seaside is one of my favorite places in the south. Eat at Cafe 20A in SeaGrove Beach Bud and Alleys in Seaside Criollas in Grayton Beach

San Destin has The Elephant Walk but the three above are among the best along the entire Gulf Coast.
