If you're willing to make the trek to Longmont, Tortuga is well worth the trip. It's one of the few places I'll eat fish at 5000+ ft. The style is Carribean/Creole/Southern fun, but the food is seriously good. It's in an old house on Coffman (I think) by the big post office. Check your phone book, and enjoy.
