Skip this place. It's a ripoff with a beautiful view. Go there for cognac and dessert.

Outstanding place. Wonderful food, a no-nonsense menu and warm surroundings.

I would say the best meal I've had in Denver is at Cliff Young's. I know that chef John Query is gone to Boulder, but I've heard it's just as good now as it was then. Other than that, I've had beautiful-to-look at meals at the Black Swan in the Scanticon (great service), and really good meals at Augusta downtown. I'd probably go with Cliff Young's or Barolo if I had to pick a favorite.
