Try the Greenbriar, north of Boulder on hiway 36 at the LeftHand Canyon turnoff. Their Sunday brunch is out of this world - all the oysters on the half shell that you can eat - as well as salads, fruits, breads, usually some pork, chicken, lamb, beef (prime), and ham, an omelet bar, seafood dishes and veggies. This is also an all-you-can-drink champagne brunch. It will cost around $20 per person but is well worth it. They also include a desert bar that is very good. Enjoy, Val

I like "Sushi Zanmai" (which has more than sushi) and "The Siamese Plate" (Thai). "Pasta Jay's" is good for Italian food. Sorry, I don't know the price ranges (although I seem to remember Pasta Jay's was pretty inexpensive considering how good the food was).
