However, in Pinewood Springs on the way to Estes Park, La Chaumiere is definitely worthwhile. Sorry to be so negative - Rky Mtn Natl Park is beautiful - I'm sure you'll enjoy the hiking. Actually, brunch at the Stanly Hotel is decent - unfortunately the place needs a real renovation and the last time I was there, the dining room was pretty filthy and some of the clientele not much better.

The dining scene in Estes Park does not exist. There is a lot of white trash food. A place I like for breakfast is the Cantina With the chili pepper sign. Great Coffee. Also the Fawn Brook restaurant is Allen about 15 min. out of town is good but over priced. Stay away from the Grubshack. There is a restaurant I remember who servers a spaghetti pizza (forget the name) gross. Good luck
