Try Tazu in Cherry Creek, some of the staff from Sushi Den are there.I still think Sushi Den has the best fish in town.

Try Sushi Zanmai in Boulder.

Sushi Zanmai is americanized crap. The presentation is awful. The service is almost as bad and the food ranges from o.k. to pathetic.

Try Sushi Torah on the west end of Pearl Street mall around the corner from Pour Le France. Oishi-desu. You won't be disappointed. Then again, you probably won't get in. It's small and usually packed.

Steve - The above is exclusively my opinion.
