Cannot beat Bishops. It was the best we tried there. You get fancy food and fair (but high) prices. You can wear jeans or a tux. Most dress is casual. Avoid places that stress the view 'cause they are for the most part overpriced and so so although the views are unreal. Maybe lunch in the park is ok..
