My favorite Chinese restaurant in Toronto is Garlic Pepper on Front Street. They do have a dim-sum menu, but I always order from their full menu. I recommend the vegetable dumplings with peanut sauce and the crispy diced tofu in honey garlic sauce!

Kwan Ksin (spelling?)(the place with the two golden lions) on Spadina at the north end of Chinatown.
