If your perfect restaurant (name, please!) is up in Vancouver, meeting all the requirements you outlined, then it is to Vancouver you must go. You have already found your most Perfect Szechuanese Restaurant. That's life. (And consider yourself lucky. My perfect German pub/ restaurant is in the Franconian countryside, and is impossible to duplicate in the USA. I've managed to accept that, even as I'm looking for a cheap round-trip ticket for my next holiday in the Old Country. You've got a 2.5-hour drive to Vancouver; I've got a muliple-hour-and-time-zone flight to Germany.)

A couple of places in Seattle - Judy Fu's Snappy Dragon on Roosevelt Ave. NE and the Shanghai Garden (not Szechuanese per se, but it still has a lot of the features you might like), across the street from Uwajimaya, in the International District - satisfy healthy subsets of the requested criteria. I don't consider it reasonable to expect any one place to satisfy *all* the criteria of your perfect Szechuan eatery, or else they'd already *be* your perfect place. I think the two places I've named will still go a fair way towards fulfilling a fairly decent subset of your requirements.
